CPZ-2026-00001 Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Code Update.
The Columbia River Gorge Commission recently adopted a Plan Amendment to the Management Plan for the CRGNSA to clarify and address landowners' needs for disaster recovery. In response, Clark County must adopt amendments to the applicable land use ordinances. The amendments are intended to streamline permitting for landowners in the Gorge rebuilding structures after a disaster.
CPZ-2026-00002 2027-2032 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
The TIP identifies public works capital projects including new construction, reconstruction, bridges, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, safety improvements, asphalt and concrete preservation, and signalization construction to maintain and enhance Clark County's transportation system in unincorporated Clark County.
CPZ-2026-00003 2027-2032 Stormwater Capital Plan.
The Stormwater Capital Plan identifies stormwater capital improvement projects as an important part of Clark County's Stormwater Management Program to protect water resources from polluted stormwater runoff and comply with state and federal clean water regulations. Capital projects represent a significant investment of Clean Water Fund revenues and help address well-documented impacts of stormwater runoff on local waterways.

Proposed updates to the Parks Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2027-2032 for Public Works, Parks and Nature Division.
