1:30 – 1:50•Billy Mosteller

Let us pray. Dear Father in heaven, thank you for this beautiful day today. Lord, as we come here tonight to do business in Lancaster County, give us wisdom and knowledge to deal with what is on our agenda tonight. Lord, thank you for everyone that's here tonight. Everybody have a safe trip home. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen.

12:36•Billy Mosteller

Mr. Chair, I move to approve consent agenda items 7A and 7B.

22:10 – 22:28•Charlene McGriff

I have a comment. That is in my district, my newest district since we did the redistrict. As long as it's gone before the ad hoc committee, did the ad hoc committee have any concerns with the development agreement?

22:29 – 23:26•Billy Mosteller

I'll speak as chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee. As Brian said, we met with Arbor Metas a couple of times to discuss impact fees and stuff like that with them on a development agreement. And we let them know that the Navarre development at the North Haven was going to be our template of impact fees going forward for MDR cluster or whatever. So that's what, we as ad hoc committee recommended that they pay, but they didn't agree, but they came with an offer, and that's what you have presented for you tonight, and decide, you know, full council decide if you wanna, you know, this is what you want.

23:27•Jose Luis

So just to clarify, so they did not move forward with what you all were recommending with the template that we're using with other developers? No.

29:13 – 29:29•Charlene McGriff

Any other questions or comments? I like the fact that if they're not able to expend the money within this fiscal year that it carries over. You don't have to panic. Is the sheriff still here? You don't have to try to spend all that money this year.
