All right, the audio is finally working.

1:16:07 – 1:17:25•Claire Carmelia

Excuse me. I do. Thank you so much. I just want to say that drone show was incredible. It was truly, I mean, everyone in the audience was just blown away, as was I. And so excellent job by all of our partners, the economic development team, the downtown Westminster Business Association. It was, I'm just so proud of our city. Sometimes that was just a moment where I got to stop and say, wow. I had a great coffee this weekend. And so just a reminder out there, if you want to come chat, a fourth Saturday of each month, I am at Nava Coffee at 930. And that went really well. And then I'll keep mine

1:47:49 – 1:48:20•Claire Carmelia

Mayor, do you have any questions? I do not. I just want to say that I know that an incredible amount of work went into this plan, and it's really, really exciting to see it come to life. I know that the Butterfly Pavilion team has told me at several points over the past year that they've been partnering with the Kaiser team on this, and they've been extremely excited about the work. And so I know that a whole lot of effort and research went into creating the best possible space, and it looks really beautiful. So I'm excited about this.

1:51:00 – 1:51:15•Claire Carmelia

Mayor? Once again, I want to note the team put a whole lot of work into this and I'm really excited about it. It is truly beautiful. And of course, this amendment is an upgrade to the zoning. So it's just very exciting. Well done, team.

2:33:11 – 2:33:49•Claire Carmelia

I just wanna say, I know that this program, all the work that went into this presentation took a very long time. Yet again, we saw a lot tonight that, I mean, this is a culmination of, I think over a year's worth of work. So incredible job. I am extremely impressed. So far, I'll go through one by one, but I have not heard any recommendations that are costing our residents more. And I am so extremely excited about several of these initiatives. Can we go back to the slide asking us the different questions? I was trying to track them all, the very last slide.

2:33:56 – 2:34:32•Claire Carmelia

Right. Thank you. The only one I really wanted to hone in on, which I think was just answered during Councillor Ireland's discussion, was the volume size, number three. And I'll just confirm one more time that there's no upcharge, right? The price is staying the same. The fee would only reduce if they got a smaller container. Is that right? That is correct. Okay, that was the only thing I wanted to hone in on. Otherwise, just truly very exciting stuff. Good job, guys. Thank you.

2:46:22 – 2:48:14•Claire Carmelia

I am an exuberant yes, yes, yes. I can't say enough. This is so exciting. And I'll just say for the record that number four, I mean, polystyrene should have been banned in like the 70s forever. And somehow we're still dealing with this. Bags, as we know, we know exactly how damaging they are to humans, to health, to the environment. It goes on and on and on. And we've managed to successfully get rid of them in most places. There's no reason we should be allowing it here. Skipping this stuff is something we should do because that's just waste that's going in the trash. You don't ask for it. Why
