Thank you, Madam Mayor. Good evening, everyone. We're glad you're here. Madam Mayor, there are no additions or deletions to the agenda, so I move that we accept it as printed. Thank you.

14:29 – 14:40•Kay Brohl

Thank you. Is there a motion for this? I will move, Madam Mayor, since this is adjacent to my district. Councilwoman Prohl made the motion for district and a second.

22:14 – 23:06•Gail Diggs

I would just like to say that somebody made some very good decisions. I was going to say. Because this is a game changer. First of all, the drive-thru window was so narrow. The lines would be wrapped around the building. And then it was holding up traffic on Whiskey Road. So closing off that Whiskey Road outlet and closing that drive-thru, game changer. I like it. So thank you to whoever decided to do that. I don't know if the owners or anyone associated are here tonight.

27:04•Kay Brohl

I move that we make that we make this amendment to our 2627 budget of the items that were listed by our city manager.

27:27 – 28:16•Peter Messina

Madam Mayor, just one comment now that we know we have some additional funds available in various sectors. One of the biggest problems that I've seen, and Stuart and I have talked about this in the past, is the water main break situation. It can't be more than, I think, every day we get an email about a water main break. I just had two in my district, two residents call me today about water main breaks in my district. And I think... Something has to be done. I think right last time we spoke, there was 120 water main breaks throughout the town. Hopefully it got whittled down a little bit, but I

30:18 – 30:31•Peter Messina

And if there's any, no, I think last we spoke there was a machine that was down and that needed to be repaired or another machine had to be purchased. Now with these funds becoming available, I think we really should look into that.

30:38 – 32:04•Lessie Price

I'm sorry, Mike wasn't a thank you. Brilliant. We have, and I want to thank Stuart for his comment regarding staff and appropriate, having appropriate staffing for our department heads. One, and secondly, compensation as well. We have got to make ourselves competitive with other markets and what they provide to their employees. When we talk about leaks and repair, you're not just only talking about daylight, but we have folks that may get a call at 11 o'clock at night, and they're not making a lot of money regarding those kinds of salaries. When you get a phone call from your department head a

33:07•Kay Brohl

Thank you. Is there a motion to accept this resolution? Madam Mayor, I move that we accept this deed of dedication in the form of a resolution. Thank you.

34:38 – 35:02•Lessie Price

No, Mayor, this is welcomed by us to receive this grant, and we are happy to see the improvement second place at our airport. I hope I speak on behalf of the entire council in terms of how delighted we are. with the excitement of the positive changes that's occurring there.

35:08•Lessie Price

I've made my comment into a motion. Thanks, Mayor.

35:17 – 35:28•Kay Brohl

Any more happy comments from the Council? I have one, Madam Mayor. How can you turn down 97.5% of it being paid? This is the good part of the job. Such a deal. You can't turn that down.

37:30•Kay Brohl

Great do all those in continuing great. Thank you.

41:18•Barbara Morgan

Madam Mayor, my only question for the public is how do these roads get on the list?

43:27•Barbara Morgan

And out of the streets, most of these are city streets? All of these are cities.

43:56 – 44:16•Barbara Morgan

I thought, and Stuart's explained it to me, but part of me, because I have a mixture of state and city, I wanted people to know that you can go on the website, look to what the street is, so that there's a process that the public can understand and appreciate that we're not just doing it willy-nilly. We've got a system.

44:25 – 44:42•Lessie Price

I have a question. Do we have someone that periodically, whether it's on an annual or biannual basis, drive through various areas to see? I know you say you just.

44:51 – 45:06•Lessie Price

I'D LIKE TO GIVE YOU SOME STREETS BECAUSE I DID SOME DRIVING. THIS WEEK PEOPLE CALLED THEIR ATTENTION AND SHARED WITH ME, ESPECIALLY IN OUR DISTRICT WHERE THE STREETS... AND IF THERE ARE THINGS LIKE THAT... LET YOU KNOW EARLY.
