Second Street Sidewalk Project Update- INFORMATIONAL ITEM
PLN2025-00169, VARIANCE, JASON MARTIN, AND WHITNEY SPANNER- ACTION ITEM-
Variance to allow: (1) a 6-foot-tall fence within the 30-foot front setback where 4-feet maximum is allowed, (2) a solid fence within the front yard setback where at least 50% see-through is required to be provided, and (3) driveway gates to be located 2 foot from the front property line, where 20 feet is minimum required, located 3850 Arbutus Ct., north side, 1,500 ft. southwest of Fairview Ave., in the Fairview area of unincorporated Alameda County, in a FASP R-1-L-BE (Fairview Specific Plan, Single Family Residence, 5-acre minimum building site area, 300 ft. median lot width, 30 ft. front yard, 20 ft. side yard) District, within the Eden Area General Plan land use designation of Very Low Density Residential, bearing Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN): 425-0500-024-00 and 425-0500-023-00. This Project is Exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA, 1970 as amended), per Article 19, Section 15303, Class 3, (New Construction of Small Structures).
