Receive communication from Morse Hauling & Junk Removal LLC, and act on resolution designating the City of Elmira Planning Commission as the lead agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, to file a negative determination that the proposed Site Plan for offices and outside storage area for trucks and roll off containers at the property commonly known as 357 E Fifth St. will not have an adverse impact on the environment.

Receive communication from AJM Chemung County LLC, and act on resolution designating the City of Elmira Planning Commission as the lead agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, to file a negative determination that the proposed Subdivision of land commonly known as 299 S Main St. will not have an adverse impact on the environment.

Act on resolution approving the proposed Subdivision of land, at the property commonly known as 299 S Main St.

Act on resolution recommending to amend Appendices B and B-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Elmira by Amending Section 110 of Appendix B by adding the definitions of “Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)”, “Accessory Dwelling Unit Attached” and “Accessory Dwelling Unit Detached”; to amend Appendix B, Section 260 (Use Table) by permitting Accessory Dwelling Units (attached or detached) under “Residential” and “Commercial” uses; and to amend Article VII of Appendix B-1 by adding additional supplemental regulations pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units.
