Hold on to my points. Thank you, sir. Chair, Mr. Gamble, could you speak to the construction entrance? As I'm looking at it right now, I think this is on slide two, it shows Franklin Road. You've got your primary access. We'll call it your drive into Iron Horse. And if you drive northbound past First Presbyterian, you hit Legends Club Lane, which then is your secondary entrance into Iron Horse. How will construction be routed?

43:58 – 44:12•Jason Potts

Just want to make sure we're being good neighbors as you've got your construction vehicles coming in and out on that lane for both the church and for the Legends Club there. Absolutely. Yes. Any more?

44:25 – 45:28•Ken Moore

when all that rezoning occurred on Iron Horse property, and I was also one of the recipients of a lot of complaints and calls whenever those apartments were built. So I don't have a lot of enthusiasm. I appreciate that they've purchased this and they're making a nice profit it sounds like and they're trying to increase their profit margin. I think my thoughts go to the residents there. You've made a lot of interesting opportunities for them to soften the blow of the construction. I just don't have any enthusiasm for allowing more building there, quite honestly. It's a nice property, but I stil

All right. Mayor Moulton. over this I was pretty encouraged when the Ford dealership invested millions of dollars to to build a new building and I thought maybe something might happen after Kroger relocated but nothing happened I think what I'd like to you mentioned stakeholders certainly we have the business owners but I think the property owners we need to be talking to them and see what they want and and what kind of incentives we could create to redevelop this corridor. It's ugly. So I don't mind sitting down and having more discussion about it. I think it's an opportunity area in our comm

Yeah. Thank you, Mr. Chair. And Mayor Moore, you just touched on what I was going to push for is having those properties. It is. You know, it's a good thing. But having these business owners, these property owners come in. This happens to be on the south side of 96, my ward. I'm constantly talking with these individuals. They want to know more, and I love the idea as far as the incentive to really redefine this area. I think there's some great opportunity where we can cast a vision for the next 20 to 30 years on what we want it to be.

1:10:07 – 1:10:25•Ken Moore

Mayor Moore, do you have another comment? Well, Jimmy brought up something I think is important. You can't get to them. At the same time, we need to be doing some engineering study on that road to see what we can do. how we can improve that to make the businesses more accessible.

1:23:03 – 1:23:14•Ken Moore

The task force that I appointed, how was the attendance? Did you get good input from all different factions from the community?
