Public Communications

Authorize the Public Works & Engineering Department to apply for CWSRF with the California State Water Resources Control Board.

Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to enter into and transmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City's timely submittal of the CWSRF.

Adopt Resolution No. 2026-089, delegating the City Manager with signing authority to enter into the financial assistance agreement, if awarded, and any amendments or changes thereto, and enter into all certifications, commitments, disbursement requests, and other documents necessary to secure and administer the financial assistance.

Authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into a contract with the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors to accept a contribution in the amount of $500,000 for the Fontana Downtown Economic Incentive Program.

Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to enter into and transmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City’s timely submittal and execution of the Board of Supervisors discretionary funding allocation.
