Request to 1) adopt a resolution amending the Position Allocation List (PAL) for Fund Center (FC) 136 - Sheriff-Coroner to extend 1.00 FTE Software Engineer I/II/III – Limited Term through October 15, 2027, to support the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) initiative within the County Jail utilizing grant funding from CalAIM PATH Round 3 - State Funding; and 2) authorize a corresponding budget adjustment request (BAR) in the amount of $179,194 for FC 136 - Sheriff-Coroner for expenditures related to the implementation of CalAIM requirements for fiscal year (FY) 2026-27, by 4/5 vote.

Request to: 1) accept a cash donation in the amount of $50,000 to Fund Center 140 - County Fire towards Cal Poly Tech Park Lease; 2) approve a budget adjustment to increase revenue and expense appropriation in the amount of $50,000. Staff is withdrawing this item to bring back at a later date.
