Thank you. So this is a 3.59% increase over the rollback rate, which would be if we were collecting the same amount of ad valorem property taxes as we collected last year. Correct. And that's how you look at it and how the trim notices and how this is written. But the general operating millage rate which is what we spend most of our time on here, we did decrease by half a percent this year, half a percent last year, and half a percent the year before. So, yes, this slide. So that, combined with our GeoBond debt service being spread over a larger tax base each year as the tax base grows, reduce
at least get our millage rate down for the third year in a row so um thank you thank you for the commission discussion seeing none let's go ahead and call the roll mayor before i call the roll i just wanted to make note that commissioner perkins was present oh yes yes i'm here and she she will be voting on the record thank you commissioner pheasant yes

Thank you. I just wanted to reiterate, I know that we had the loss in funds for the Bowery County, all of our paving projects, et cetera. And so I think, just want to refresh memory, that was about $1.4 million.
Okay. And so I've been talking with some staff members, and we've been trying to find ways where we can rob Peter to pay Paul. And, of course, for the sake of working through this, do you find there may be an opportunity for an amendment to put money back into our paving projects to ensure that we're sort of back on track with our paving projects?
Thank you. So I just want to make sure I put it on record so that my fellow commissioners can understand what I've been contemplating as well.
