21:09 – 23:11•Alison Fournier

Thank you. So this is a 3.59% increase over the rollback rate, which would be if we were collecting the same amount of ad valorem property taxes as we collected last year. Correct. And that's how you look at it and how the trim notices and how this is written. But the general operating millage rate which is what we spend most of our time on here, we did decrease by half a percent this year, half a percent last year, and half a percent the year before. So, yes, this slide. So that, combined with our GeoBond debt service being spread over a larger tax base each year as the tax base grows, reduce

36:35 – 36:54•Audrey Fesik

Okay, and so I've been talking with some staff members and we've been trying to find ways where we can rob Peter to pay Paul. And of course, for the sake of working through this, do you find there may be an opportunity for an amendment to put money back into our paving projects to ensure that we're sort of back on track with our paving projects?

38:58 – 41:32•Audrey Fesik

Thank you. So I just want to make sure I put it on record so that my fellow commissioners can understand what I've been contemplating as well. And I would welcome it as an amendment, but I just wanted to make sure so we can all kind of work towards the same goal. It came to my attention that our our paving contract expires in April of 2027. And we have a pretty good rate with our pavers at the moment. And of course, you know that the cost, asphalt is petroleum, and the cost of petroleum has gone a lot higher. And so I was asking staff if there's any way that we could try to possibly, even amon
