Councilmembers will individually be briefly dismissed to have their photos taken by City Photographer Doug Tolf, after which they will return to the meeting. This will be an ongoing item until all councilmembers have their photos taken.

Team Building Exercises

Councilmembers Savannah Sanchez and Emmelyne Perez will lead an activity where councilmembers pair up to discuss leadership questions and take turns presenting on their partner's answers.

Debrief on League of Arizona Cities and Towns 2026 Conference

Attending Councilmembers will share their experiences and perspectives on the LACT 2026 Conference. There will be discussion between the attendees and the general membership on how we can implement the take-aways into our own operations.

JustServe How-To

The Assistant to the Buckeye Youth Council Jaden Ralston will share with councilmembers how to navigate JustServe's website to find and sign-up for local volunteer opportunities, as well as how to log them into the volunteer tracker.

Upcoming Events Discussion:

The Buckeye Youth Council Secretary and Vice-Chair will give a report of the volunteer opportunities and events coming soon.
