this concludes my presentation for hccpa 26-21 i'm happy to answer any questions thank you okay thank you uh do we have any questions uh commissioner miller see you're in the queue thank you thank you chair on my question real quick can you just explain what it means to be in the plan city's vision the future vision boundary

9:16 – 9:40•Christine Miller

Yeah, I guess I'll have to go and check it out. I just want to see how far down they're coming because that's like our, you know, commercial quarter. If you know, there's been a plan to move the commercial all the way down the Polk County boundary. There are just folks are not super happy about it either. So I was just kind of wondering if this is a better option than being part of Plant City's expansion, which would likely be large commercial.

10:26•Christine Miller

That would be fantastic. Thank you very much.

10:32•Christine Miller

And I can also talk online with you or your aides as well. That would be great. Thank you very much.

29:16 – 30:29•Joshua Wostal

Commissioner Wollstone. Thank you, Mr. Chair. I'm very familiar with this street. I built one of the new townhouses there in 2012 as I was getting out of the military actually. It looks like a huge increase to the square footage entitlements. Um, and it's reptron is just a tiny, tiny little one lane road. There's no way it can be expanded. Um, we pled forever, um, to get a stoplight there. Finally, someone got killed, which is the, um, requirement most of the time to get a stoplight, unfortunately. And we, we got it after a little while. So, um, Can you expand on what type of uses are allowed

31:03 – 31:24•Joshua Wostal

Okay, actually, so even, I mean, it's going to increase the FAR, but these types of uses are going to have probably less amount of daily users, I guess, in an industrial than what's already allowed there. I guess that's how they would be able to get away with taking away parking lots. Is that fair?

31:50•Joshua Wostal

Oh. Okay, they're going to put a building right next to those townhomes. Interesting.

32:07 – 32:19•Joshua Wostal

All right, well, I'll be interested to see that building location. Thank you very much, Mr. Chair.
