1:11 – 1:40•Roland R. Rodriguez

Okay. Is there any questions or comments on the meeting minutes? So if not, with that, go ahead and approve the meeting minutes. Is there a first and a second? Second. All right. So with that, we'll approve the meeting minutes for May 20th, 2026. All right, next on the docket is police update.

I think it's, we have items from the secretary, which are the sidewalk projects and the viewer report. We'll go over that. Is there any updates on the Transportation Management Association? I know I attended one a couple months ago, but I know they had another meeting.

Right. That's all I have as far as old business. Um, unless there's any other discussion items from board members. Okay. No. Well then onto items, the secretary.

The one on Ronda is still coming. Is that still scheduled? Ronda here and Biltmore Way. Anderson. Anderson, sorry.

And there's no striping there either right now.

12:51 – 13:18•Roland R. Rodriguez

And even the stop signs, people with the stop signs, people just fly through the stop signs. Exactly. Again, they consider it a... Yield. And I've seen people get tickets there because of that. Well, that's good because there's also a lot of activities past summer too because of Venetian Pool. It's just packed. People are just parking actually around the circle because there's nowhere to park in the actual parking area for the pool.

14:19 – 14:37•Roland R. Rodriguez
