I'm going to call this September 17th. Sub-Administrative Planning Commission meeting to order. 6.30 on the dot. First we'll do roll call. Here. Here. I'm Mike Bresco. I'm obviously here. And the agenda today, we've got two topics related to docket. I guess it's all sort of docket related. One is about docket requests that either have been or will be put forth. And then also the docket about Building 120. And we're asked to be discussing whether we have any questions about the docket process or information that would be needed to better inform decisions that will be made at the public hearing

10:12 – 10:24•Mike Bresko

Thank you, Mary. And Evan, no others online? Okay. So we'll proceed then to new business. And Miriam, I understand that you'll introduce this to us. Thank you.

18:47•Mike Bresko

Okay, and thank you, Miriam. All right, so two questions in front of us. Anybody want to start?

19:43•Mike Bresko

Other questions? You're just moving. Okay, Syed.

22:54•Mike Bresko

Others? You might want to put the two questions you have for us back up to keep us on track. Thanks.

28:56 – 30:55•Mike Bresko

I've got a couple of quick comments. First off, on the docket review process, we went through a lot of it. And it's nice to see it working. And I think bringing up this TDR, the docket request from 2019 is really helpful for some of the reasons that you've mentioned. So that's awesome. So it's working. Um, hey, for the information, so you provided, like, a pretty nice list of things. We've talked to King County. You know, this was a requirement. The council did this. Um, so I think it would be helpful on the slides to include those things. And as, you know, some of the comments here, we've tig

31:23•Mike Bresko

Good to hear. Another part of the process that got improved.

35:01•Mike Bresko

Okay. So we had the second item on our new business agenda. And Jackie, I think you're going to cover.

43:11 – 43:37•Mike Bresko

However, it's the same question. What information would be needed so that we can have a better informed commission in public when we do the public hearing in a couple weeks? So, yeah, thank you for that. So what additional, I guess, guidance would you have for staff in terms of what would strengthen the presentation so we'd be better able to make a wise decision about whether to move the application forward or not?

46:35•Mike Bresko

Actually, a quick follow-up, but not changing, would that limit it as a bonus parcel? No.

51:26 – 52:17•Mike Bresko

Let me just, just a quick, because that, so for the potential to lease the building, maybe make some minor modifications, but keep the building as opposed to potential additional residential. Does making this amendment to the future land use map make it easier to do these options with the Y or somebody else coming in, leasing the building? Does this help make that happen, in other words? And you don't necessarily have to answer that, but that would be helpful to have in the presentation for next time around. So in other words, what happens if we don't make the change? Is that limit the future

58:56 – 59:08•Mike Bresko

Anybody else? I think as long as you're really clear about what happens if we don't make the change, because as far as I could tell, there's not a downside to making the change.

59:11 – 59:40•Mike Bresko

Yeah, it gives a lot of flexibility by making the change. It doesn't lock us into putting single family homes across all of those acres. Yeah. And, and then with the zoning chain, all of those other things, we'll be able to make some wise decisions. Council obviously weighing on that. But this is a first step that enables a lot of so if you make that clear in the presentation, which is fairly clear already, but it's it could be more like, hey,

1:00:27•Mike Bresko

Anything else? I don't think, I think that's, we've covered the agenda items, right?

1:00:40•Mike Bresko

Yeah, yeah. Get ready to make the recommendations in a couple weeks here.

1:01:55 – 1:02:25•Mike Bresko

All right. It's nice to be able to, like, relax for a few moments and still finish early, you know? So if there's nothing else, then we should just touch on the upcoming... Oh, that's right. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes. So agenda really... It was being too easy. So thank you, Jackie. Yeah. You have a gender-related public comment, Paul? Okay, we'll start with you, and then I suspect there's some online interest.

1:08:15•Mike Bresko

Have a good evening. Thank you, Paul. Evan?

1:13:53 – 1:14:08•Mike Bresko

Thank you, Mary. Evan, anybody else online? Okay. So now I can finally get back to what I had started to, which is just upcoming meeting agenda or schedule. Excuse me.

1:14:42 – 1:14:53•Mike Bresko

All right. Does anybody not want to adjourn? Hearing nothing, we will consider this meeting adjourned. Thank you. Thank you all.
