Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning & Zoning Commission reordered its agenda to first discuss proposed conditions for high school stadium lights, including PA system usage and an annual report. A public hearing for a new salon suite was continued due to a pending parking study. The Commission also held a lengthy public hearing for a new residence at 64 Gardner Street, focusing on extensive stormwater management plans and neighbor concerns about drainage, before continuing the matter. Two other applications, a gas station canopy and a pool house, were approved.
