Kind of along this same topic, I can see where it makes sense to have the traffic come in, the cars coming in from Talbert, but I'm concerned that you can also make that left turn from the parking lot onto Talbert and it might be again for safety purposes worth exploring only allowing the vehicles to enter off of talbert and then having them exit onto third they can't make a left out of that parking lot i mean you can only go righ

Just to clarify that, though, so if it's a permitted use and the parking's within the available spaces, is that right? Then it's permitted. Right. But, I mean, if it's a permitted use but there's not enough spaces, then they'd have to seek a deviation.
