Vice Chair, I'd like to make a motion on agenda item 8A, site extension. Based on the staff recommendation, the presentation, and discussions at this evening's public hearing, I move to approve the site extension for two additional years because the applicant has provided just cause per code section 146.5.3.14.C of the unified development ordinance and because of the following reasons. The applicant has shown that they are taking steps to achieve civil plan approval to the applicant will be required to conform with city standards and roadway manual criteria at the time of a civil plan review.
