Ordinance Title: An Ordinance To Repeal And Replace Appendix B Of The Lancaster County Code, The Unified Development Ordinance Of Lancaster County; To Adopt A Comprehensive Rewrite Of The County's Zoning, Subdivision, Development Review, Design, Transportation, Infrastructure, Environmental Protection, Administration, And Enforcement Regulations; To Adopt Revised Official Zoning And Overlay Maps, Including The Official Highway Corridor Overlay Map; To Provide For Prior Approvals, Pending Applications, Nonconformities, Development Agreements, Vested Rights, Continuity Of Law, Codification, Administrative Implementation, Severability, Conflicting Provisions, And An Effective Date; And To Provide For Other Matters Related Thereto. - Shannon Catoe
