City Council - Regular Meeting

The Vienna City Council approved two service orders totaling $98,000 for the Spencer's Landing project, advancing design, bidding, and construction administration for a stage, restroom, and a new concession/restroom building. The Council also awarded an on-call master electrician contract and passed the first reading of an ordinance amending the employee handbook to include paid parental leave and updated firearms provisions.
