So it's PD multifamily two proposed. So with a plan development, it's as packaged, correct? So it's the 1.6, it's everything.

34:30•Ainsley Stelling

Yeah, I have. I thought I read somewhere in the packet where this is a higher density than surrounding apartments. Did I read that correct?

46:25 – 48:08•Ainsley Stelling

I know Ainsley asked us. You go first. They're bubbling out of my head. Ainsley goes first. Okay, thank you. So coming back to my density question, Basswood Manor is about 15 acres, and it's 212 units, so that puts it at roughly a little over 14 units per acre. And then... 48 units on two point seven three puts us at 17 and a half units per acre. So that is a higher density for the land area. My my catch is this parking on street parking is not an option and it's going to be gated. So that means overflow parking is going to be at the either like across Edmonds or across Fox at the elementary s

52:18 – 52:50•Ainsley Stelling

I understand if you have room for overflow, but in this specific location, it just feels dangerous. Because there are people, there's always going to be two cars. There's hardly a street in Louisville I can't drive down that is just parked, that's just packed on either side. So parking is a concern. So I would rather too much parking than not enough parking. But I understand if people have the room to, you know, garage spaces and so forth. But I thank you for your clarification on the density and the zoning.
