Commissioner Hendricks here. I like the look of this. I think the amenities are great. If I were 28 or 27 year old teacher moving to Pearland and I just got a job in the community and I wanted to live and work here, I think this would be a great first start being that I couldn't afford to buy a five hundred thousand dollar home and buy pay for taxes and insurance and car note and car insurance and everything else so i think this is a great alternative for those young people young couples that want to live and work here in our community and i love your amenities they kind of remind me of a reso
