Are we ready? Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the Midtown CRA meeting for November 20th, 2022. I will read the order of the day because we don't have a chair. AM1, Midtown CRA minutes for October 30th will be considered. RE1, acceptance proposal for the external auditing services. And RE2 is appointment of the Midtown CRA executive director.

Yeah, I just want to put it on the record that I am going to be voting for this to help you guys. But I want to put it on the record, the agreement that was done in this chamber about a year ago regarding the Midtown CRA and the pass-through that was coming to the city then was going to be diverted to the Allapattah CRA. I just want to remind you guys what the deal was because the audio tape is there and everything's here. I'm just making a polite, remember what you guys promised, what we agreed on when we established the Allapattah CRA. I'm going to be going along with this, but I hope the co
