Welcome to our LPA meeting. Today is Wednesday, December 10th, 2025. The time is now 5.44 p.m. We call this meeting to order. Madam Clerk, please call the roll.

Okay, do we have anything for the agenda order of business? Seeing none, we will move into the public comments. We are opening up the public comments portion of the LPA meeting. Anyone who would like to speak on this agenda or anything germane to this council, please approach the podium. Please make sure that you have registered with the city clerk. We will start with those who are preregistered and then move into any walk-in speakers.
