Fantastic. We have approval of the minutes.

0:42•Paul Murphy

Somebody wants to motion approval? I second.

0:46 – 1:03•Ryan Shaw

All in favor? Aye. Three items. Let me read the item 3A.

12:11 – 12:29•Ryan Shaw

Anybody have any questions? No. We have to open it to public comment. Do we have public comment on this or anybody online? No one on Zoom, Chair. Going once, twice. Public comment closed.

12:29•Paul Murphy

I make a motion to approve the sales center.

14:53•Paul Murphy

I mean commotion to approve the sales Center second.

16:53•Ryan Shaw

It's for the building or for the sales center?

17:15•Ryan Shaw

I'm still listening to your input tonight.

19:45 – 20:01•Ryan Shaw

That goes for me as well. We had a Zoom call on Thursday, I think, Friday, Thursday, whatever, last week. Same thing. That's it. Okay.

43:31•Ryan Shaw

I'll start off with a rendering. So our client, the Elatic Group, they are

58:53•Ryan Shaw

behind the picture that I have right now.

59:38•Ryan Shaw

There's a hole through the building. No, I'm talking about the ground floor.

1:01:55 – 1:02:15•Ryan Shaw

Grant, can you bring that... That's the little white path on the south side. That's the, what is that? Like the view corridor, that's a walking path for people to come in and out.

1:02:27•Ryan Shaw

So that's just like a resident access. And so when the boardwalk opens, the island walk for everybody, where's going to be the access for that?

1:03:25 – 1:04:29•Ryan Shaw

Got it. I mean, look, first of all, the people walking on the sidewalk right now, I mean, really, I mean, I know there's been some discussion, but I mean, look, first of all, to get it open sooner than later, I mean, you're going to have people getting off and walking in front of 360 and getting hit by everybody driving out of 360 right now. So, you know, I know 360 doesn't, you know, probably really care as much that they're running people over, but to open that up, it would be a safety thing. You know, I'm just putting my... litigation attorney had on that not passed the bar yet but i know a

1:04:39 – 1:05:19•Ryan Shaw

And frankly, all developers going forward should have to pick up the tab and fix the parking lot. I mean, I know there's a few buildings that are going to be stragglers and left behind that maybe there's some funds that are allocated for them too, but I think that might've been missed in some of the other previous approved projects, but fixing the street and the asphalt is, you know, the pavers would, you know, definitely help the island, aesthetically. I like aesthetics. Okay, on that note, do we have any comments from the public? Come up and please state your name and address. I think you have three minutes.

1:08:49 – 1:09:02•Ryan Shaw

Who's next? Anybody else want to speak? Do we have anybody on Zoom? Did you have? Oh, got it. Do we have any letters that need to be read?

1:11:46•Ryan Shaw

Anybody else? We're good. All right. Does someone want to make a motion? I'll make a motion.

1:12:37 – 1:14:35•Ryan Shaw

Mayor Mrakas, All right, public comment closed. Mayor Mrakas, i'd like to just make a statement since. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong. I mean, we've been up here, we've made most, this isn't related to the project just in general, but the number of units is the number of units. We're not really adding any number of units really to the island. I mean, all these sites could have been developed with the same number of units. We're basically just approving design and height, whether you like design and height or not, but the number of units is the number of units that could have been built anywhe

1:14:35•Paul Murphy
