When there's an emergency, they can easily go in and out, correct?
Could you refresh my memory on this project? Previously, were those oak trees protected or were they due to be removed? And are they now to stay or what is the situation with the trees that are on the two lots?
So redesigning these two properties would increase the area for these trees?
