A resolution of the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation authorizing the conveyance of a utility easement on a portion of Lot 2 Southern Grove Plat 46 according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book one twenty five, page 17 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, providing for conflict, providing for severability, and providing an effective date.

A resolution of the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation authorizing the president or her designee or the CEO or his designee to enter into and execute the second amendment to the land swap agreement between Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation and Saint Matilda LLC, providing for conflicts, providing for severability, and providing an effective date.
