Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

I will go ahead and call to order our December 10th Long View Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Policy Board meeting. Um, with that, we will first have our invocation and pledge of allegiance. Ah, Dwayne Archer usually does that and I'm looking at Keith Bonds. Michael Shirley, you're going to do that for us. All right. Uh please rise for our invocation and pledge. Please bow with me. Lord heavenly father, we just thank you for the opportunity to come before you today. Lord, we just pray that you uh give us wisdom and discernment as we are uh doing the business of your community. Lord, we just thank you for your many blessings. So, we uh have put out the RFQ for the complete street guidelines and recommendations. That's open until December 19th and then it will go to city council to get approved. And then for street area study, we finished the scope of service and we're awaiting our DBE goal assignment. Other than that, we've been working on the development of the new tip and our aper is currently being reviewed. And that's all I have for everyone.
