All right, so we don't have a quorum, so we cannot officially vote on anything. We'll just kind of go to the agenda items, have a few updates, and that should be pretty it. So we're going to item number three or business referrals of the pros position of deletions. None when the entire number for public comments is there anyone from the public that would like to speak. Absolutely. So when we reported to them last month, they agreed to actually sign a resolution to apply for our community-assisted feature, FDOT. So that put me in closer contact with Oman. So then I need to forward Omar everything I have, and then we're just going to get the wheels rolling on, at bare minimum, a conceptual application.

Awesome. I know JC, one of our council members, came by here, and he expressed that he wanted to be part of this. And I know you sent him some of the paperwork and process you have done. Did he reply on that? Did he say, yeah, I'm working on it? Did you hear back from him? No, he just said, go for it.

Okay. I need to get together with Omar. He asked me to forward him anything that I've done up to this point. And I just need to know from here if there's anything else that I need to go doing in the meantime, because we're going to have to submit a rendering. So do we have somebody in-house that does renderings for stuff like that? I'm sure for the town. Yes, exactly.

you know last time we wanted to get the ordinance going and they what they're doing is basically and that's what i reported to them in the council council is they're just doing an initiative they're using the town stuff i mean the kind stuff and that's what they want to do they don't want to do an ordinance i don't know why that's that's what they wanted to do so what would be the next step but now to finalize this nothing nothing I mean, I found out, I tried to find out who was the one who made the decision. All right.

That's why it would be to follow, see what, because this ties with the lack of awareness.

This initiative is continued because they say the initiative and then they put a little, you know, icon on the website and people don't know about it.

Unfortunately, there's not really anything that we can discuss at this point, but just so you know, I did pretty much, but I did add it. Right. So you guys would know if you, if you look at the proposed, um, it's, um, 700 for beautification, 200 used to be 750. So I brought it down to 700. Then I did 200 for the quarterly HOA and I did 3,500, uh, for the pedestrian, you know, back in the chair, which is our bike. Right.

For the better place.

And that's for one good one. Correct. Correct. So that's pretty much it. So we'll see what happens. Um, did they come back? Unfortunately, there's really nothing there to do.
