City of Atlanta, civil action file number 25EV001979, pending in the state court of Fulton County, Georgia, in the amount of $295,000.00, authorizing the settlement amount to be charged to and paid from the fund department organization and account numbers to secure in and for other purposes. Item number 14, 26R3910. A resolution by the Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee authorizing the settlement of all claims against defendant City of Atlanta in the case of Giovanni Rodriguez v. City of Atlanta, Civil Action File Number 25EV006467, pending in the State Court of Fulton County in the amount of $175,000.00, authorizing the settlement amount to be charged to and paid from the fund, department, organization, and account numbers listed herein and for other purposes.
