As you can see, the tax rate didn't change this year. It is still, for the general fund, 5 point, excuse me, .5687 per 100. dollars of assessed valuation. Our assessed valuation did go up, as you can see. It went up from 463 million to 480 million. So you have to tell how much the increase is due to new construction, and that's about 50,000. And the increase due to reassessment was about 47,000. So it was about 2% on each one, on the increase. The reassessment is really the different, the change in the personal property is what the, even though it's not a actual reassessment for real estate taxes, every year your personal property taxes are what they call reassessed. So that's why you have the reassessed value for that. And then of that amount, approximately 31% of that does go to the fire. And then for the library, it's gonna be the same rate also as it was last year. It's going to be .1890, and their assessed valuation did go up from 180 million up to 187 million. And their increase due to new construction was $1,132. And the increase due to reassessment is $12,000. And of course, this hasn't been finally assessed by the ARC in compliance with the state laws. This hasn't all been sent to the state yet. But this is what we're proposing. to do, and it's a maximum allowed by the state statutes, what we're doing.
