COA presented by Corey Liles requesting replacement of the entire storefront at 212 West Main Street (Gardner Building / Peoples Exchange Bank c. 1900) PP0076, a non-contributing building the district.

Review of a COA for conservation of a ghost sign located on the east side of 317-319 West Main Street (J.L. Shinn Building c. 1875) PP0092, a contributing building in the district.

COA requesting replacement of five doors, 3 steel - 1 stained glass and 1 missing, with single light reproduction doors that resemble the original door at the Plant Parlor.

The building is located at 318-320 West "B" Street with three of the doors facing Denver Ave. (W.J. White Building c. 1924) PP0224, a contributing building in the district. Request made by J.P. Leonard.

COA required for bronze statue of "Jerry the Bulldog" to be installed at the Depot.
