04:00. I want to welcome all of y'all here to a special meeting on 03/25/2026. We have a short agenda, and so we've got the discussion and the adoption of the agenda. On the agenda, we have to enter into closed session per North Carolina General Statute 143 dash three eighteen point one one point a point six. And possibly, if need to, while we're in closed session, discuss under general statute 140 three-3.11.

A. Three if need be. Those are the items on the agenda. And once we come out, we have a possible discussion and action. What is the pleasure of the board for the agenda?
