CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR APPEAL (APL26-001) OF NOTICE OF VIOLATION/PENALTY (CE-26-202) FOR THE REMOVAL OF A HERITAGE CEDAR TREE AT 41 RIDGEVIEW DR (APN 073-203-210)
The applicant is appealing a Notice of Violation/Penalty for the removal of a Heritage Tree without obtaining a permit to remove the tree.
CONSIDERATION OF A TREE PROTECTION ZONE EXCEPTION (PTPZ26-00005) TO ACCOMMODATE THE CONTINUED CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 1,225-SQUARE FOOT DETACHED GARAGE AND A NEW 1,200-SQUARE FOOT DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) ON 80 COGHLAN LANE (APN 070-040-600).
