Thank you, Mr. Chair. I just have a question because we added some items here for the RTZ in the city of Miami. And I was just wondering, where's that litigation? Because these things continue to be pending.

Yes. We have been in communication with the new mayor of the city of Miami, and she's working through some issues with them. But we think that we have some progress there. So I'm hopeful that we'll be able to land this plane or train, whatever it is, sooner than later. But either way, if they can't come, we can't come to an agreement, I think the litigation's got to pursue. But I think that we might be able to do this.
