Library - Regular Meeting

All right. Um I would like to call to order um this voucher meeting of the Teton County Library Board on Thursday, April 16th. Um it looks like we have a quorum. Um me uh board library board members present uh include Peg Gild Day. Um Momentum, Elizabeth Farbach, uh Mary, myself, Mary Lee White, um and staff members, uh Lindsay and Asella are here. Uh would someone like to make a motion to adopt the agenda?

So moved. Oh, second. Um Elizabeth moved and Peg seconded. Um, we'll move on to payment of the vouchers. Um, would someone like to I'll read the motion and then um you we'll uh after that we'll see what we need to Oh, I have the total so I'm happy to read the motion. Oh, okay. You've got it. Yep. So, I'll just say Okay, good. Go ahead. I move to approve the payment of library vouchers in the amount of $56,857.90. Is there a second?

I'll second. Thank you, Peg. Um, all approved. All in favor? I. Um, motion passes. Um, would someone like to uh make a motion to adjourn the meeting?
