Good afternoon. I'd like to call this special meeting of Pentup Lakeside Town Council to order. Um, we do have a quorum. Thank you all for coming here this afternoon. A public upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum. A public body may hold an executive session but only for the following purpose. Um number three is discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body. And item four is discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiation in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation. The item we're going to enter into executive session tonight is for a discussion with the town attorney regarding negotiating the town manager contract terms. Um I would entertain a motion.
