So, it's all been recorded and the surveyor. We've got the final plat and everything is in order there been signed. All we need is signatures of the president and secretary. I believe

what we can do is if you can just have Anthony, assuming it gets approved tonight, we can have Anthony stop by your office maybe tomorrow and sign it. This was a simple one.
