All right, we're going to go ahead and call to order special meeting of the Vallejo City Council at 5.07 p.m. And before we conduct a roll call, we do have a council member participating remotely, so we want to make sure we announce that in accordance with the Brown Act. All right, so Council Member Matias, would you please announce your Brown Act provision? Council Member Matias, we're going to announce your Brown Act provision if you can unmute yourself and clarify your just cause reason.
Attending the meeting virtually because I have to care for a family member.

And while we let that clock run down, I'll ask our city attorney to announce our closed session items.
Thank you, Mayor and Council. Good evening. This evening, in a closed session, we are going to hear a conference with labor negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6. The agency designated representatives are Stephanie Cifuentes, Human Resources Director. The employee organizations are the Vallejo Police Officers Association, International Association of Firefighters Local 1186, Confidential Administrative Managerial Professional Association, and Unrepresented Employees. ITEM B WILL BE CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL, ANTICIPATED LITIGATION, INITIATION OF LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 , AND YOU WILL BE HEARING THREE CASES. ITEM 3C, CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8. THE PROPERTY IS 285 MERRELL ISLAND WAY IN VALLEJO. The agency negotiator is Gillian Hain, Assistant City Manager. The negotiating parties are Wendy Stevenson and Tim Himstra. Under negotiation, price and terms of payment of lease. Item 3D is conferenced with legal counsel. Existing litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9D1, Robinson v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case Number FCS 055466. Item 3E will be conference with legal counsel, existing litigation. Paragraph 1 of subdivision D of section 54956.9, that case is Yeager Vineyards LLC et al. versus the City of Vallejo. Superior Court of California, County of Napa, case number 22CV001149. And item F is conference with legal counsel, existing litigation. Paragraph one of subdivision D of section 54956.9, City of American Canyon versus City of Vallejo, 1996 agreement. That is Sacramento County Superior Court case and the case number set forth on the agenda. City of Vallejo versus City of American Canyon, 1996 agreement cross-complaint. Again, Sacramento County Superior Court case and the case number is set forth in the agenda. City of Vallejo versus City of American Canyon, Giovannani, Sacramento County Superior Court case, again set forth in the agenda. City of Vallejo versus American Canyon, Watson Ranch, Sequa, also in Sacramento County Superior Court, case number as set forth in the agenda. And finally, City of Vallejo versus City of American Canyon, Measure K, Sequa, Marin County Superior Court case, case number set forth in the agenda. Those are all of the closed session items this evening.
