Uh first item on the agenda is the approval of the May 19th, 2025 uh planning commission meeting minutes. Are there any comments or corrections to them? Move for approval. Move for approval. Uh, next item, I'd like to make a motion to adjourn to executive session to conference with an attorney for the planning commission concerning a dispute involving the planning commission that is the subject of imminent court action. I move to reconsider the vote that took place on May 19th, 2022, relative to the lot split consolidation applications for 9385 Shepard Road, also known as permanent parcel number 64-01251. Upon reliance upon representations previously made by the applicant and the representatives along with the submitted lot split survey for 9385 Shepard Road, permanent parcel number 64-01251, date stamped received April 1st, 2025. I move that planning commission approve the requested lot split with the following condition. Final approvement. Final approval of the easements by the city planner and law director.
