I move to reconsider the vote that took place on May 19th, 2022, relative to the lot split consolidation applications for 9385 Shepard Road, also known as permanent parcel number 64-01251. I move that planning commission approve the requested lot split with the following condition. Final approvement. Final approval of the easements by the city planner and law director.
