CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. PA-2400506 OF VISWAPRASAD KRISTIPATI (C/O JOE HOLASEK) for a religious assembly.

The project includes the conversion of an existing 4,765-square-foot agricultural building into a temple and the conversion of an existing 2,642-square-foot agricultural building into an assembly hall with a kitchen and dining area. The existing residence, accessory dwelling unit, stable, and storage sheds will remain on-site and continue to be used for private purposes. The proposed maximum occupancy of the facility is 70 persons. Daily operating hours are proposed from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The project also proposes up to ten annual religious events, each with a maximum attendance of 600 persons. The project will be served by private, on-site water, wastewater disposal, and stormwater drainage systems. Vehicular access is provided via an existing two-way driveway from South Nancy Emilia Court. The project site is at the southeast corner of South Lammers Road, South Nancy Emilia Court, Tracy. (Supervisory District: 5) Environmental Determination: This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15183. A Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved.
