Good afternoon. For those of you who didn't know, I'm Ken Knuckles, vice chair of the City Planning Commission. Welcome to today's special review session. As chair Gorodnik mentioned on Monday, we are holding this meeting to certify the Jamaica neighborhood plan. While the Department of City Planning usually certifies land use applications at our Monday meetings due to the technical notification and scheduling issues, today was the earliest they could do so under the bylaws of the city charter. So let's get started. Sarah, floor is yours.

Good afternoon, and welcome to the City Planning Commission special review session for Thursday, 03/20/2025. The time is 01:06PM, and a quorum is present. The first and only item for our agenda is a certification of a zoning map and zoning text amendments, UDAP designation, project approval and disposition of city owned property in Queens Community Districts 8 And 12. This item was presented, and questions were asked at the review session on Monday, 03/17/2025. However, if there are any questions, we are joined by the team today.

Team, raise your hand, please. Okay. Any questions on the Jamaica plan before we recertify? Questions? Alright. There being no questions, on the basis of the presentation made on Monday, this plan is certified. Sarah, any more items for the commission to consider today?
