Code Section: 27-175(c) Zoning site plan violation Description of Violation: A special event was held without the submission of a special event program in violation of section #15.B.A. of the approved development order. Staff Recommendation: Due to the irreversible nature of the violations, the respondent should pay a fine of $15,000.00 for each violation, a total fine of $30,000.00, due on or before March 26, 2026, and also be assessed administrative costs due on or before the date set for compliance.
