Guess we'll you guys ready? Start this one a minute early. Good evening. Thank you everyone for joining us as I uh call to order our Monday, November 17th, 2025 Town of Pittsburgh Planning Board regular meeting. Um, we do have a quorum. Note that Charity Dottton is not present. Uh, but yes, we do have a quorum. Has everyone had a chance to look at the agenda, have any modifications they would like to make? No. Then I will take a motion to approve the agenda.
Make a motion to approve the agenda as is. Second. Second. Motion by Freda, second by Alan Wilson. Uh, all in favor to approve the agenda say I. I. Agenda passes unanimously. Um, and then the minutes for our October 20th meeting. Does [clears throat] anybody have uh been able to look at that? Has everyone been able to look at those and see any? Uh, I would like to Did you I did Okay. There there was an error with the the vote numbers. There was a number. Carrie says she's fixed it. So, okay.
Make a motion we approve the fixed version. I think is that is that the ver I'm assuming that's the version we have. Yes. Okay. So, as presented. That's a motion motion by Connie to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Freda Alston. Um all in favor say I. I. I. Uh motion passes unanimously. Thank you Miss Charity for joining. Sorry guys. It's all right. Live.
Understood. Okay. Then we will um Okay. We did not have anyone sign up for public comment. Uh so we can skip over that. And we will not have any old business. [snorts] And for new business before we get into PB25596 [clears throat] Turkey Creek amendment, um I do this is presented by McAdams. Um McAdams is my employer. I have no um involvement in this project. Um, but I feel like I need to put that out there. Um, if the board feels that I should not vote on this project, you can make a motion and vote on it. Um, like to ask me any questions or any discussion on it. Feel free. Hearing none, I'm going to assume.
Will you get fired if we No, I'm kidding. Just kidding. Just kidding. Just kidding. Hopefully not. Um, all right then. Uh, we will move on. um is Mr. Kahun Tingle is going to present. Good evening. For us,
we have a really really short presentation because we have a really really short item. So Kate Murdoch, who is sitting behind me, McAdams Company has submitted a petition requesting an amendment to a previously approved conditional zoning. Uh wants to add to the list of permitted uses in the M1, which is the two blue areas up there. um the addition of office slashmed I mean comma slashmed dental and office park medical dentl those are two uses that were not in the list and uh otherwise you go into the packet and go to the next last page on this um basically it's on this in blue can you pull up this two two terms and conditions. It's It's lit. All right. Now, it's literally it's in here in blue. Okay. One more page, I think. There you go. If you go scroll down just a little bit, [clears throat] it's at the bottom where it's in blue. Yeah, there you go. See where it says office medical office part medical dentl. So it's all those uses plus that and uh the request of course I'm sorry but when you go to change an existing conditional zoning and you add something you have to go through the process again. So we're here today. Does anybody have any questions for the petitioner [clears throat]
or me? Why did I just drop it sound like lead? I I just have a question about this page that ends in the middle of the sentence. Is there something missing? There was about seven more pages. This is the only change being made to that list of conditions. That's why I didn't include all of them. They're not all up for grabs. It's just adding one minor phrase. Okay. Yes, ma'am.
Anyone have any questions? Seems like a very reasonable ask um to me. But all right, [clears throat] hearing none. I'll uh hear a motion to recommend approval. I'll move to approve. All right, I'll second it. Motion by charity, second by Freda. Um, all in favor of approving the uh the PB 25596 Turkey Creek amendment as presented. I'll say I I
uh all opposed. All right. Motion passes unanimously. All right. Great. Well, if you would have any planning planning department updates your report Yall have a great Thanksgiving. Um, does everybody I'm sorry. Have y'all met our new development? I did for a second. If you would may that'd be great. That's my announcement. Come on up. Coming up.
