The, ceremony will, but the parade will start on Hilliard Boulevard. And the summer concert series returns on June 14. The concerts will be held at Clegg Park from 06:30 to 8PM. If you'd like to know what bands are playing on which date you can take a look at our website. Website.

3:54 – 4:290

Thank you mayor. Reports of administrative officials I'm not aware of any any no reports of standing committees we had one committee this evening that I'll be reporting on it was a caucus committee of the whole meeting that began at 07:30. Present were council members Greenspan, Van Dyke, Leveque, Havelka, and Getsay also present. Mayor Cloughlaw, director Maloney, director Stoom, Smallwick Shaw, Horner Bedell, Serber, Graham, Gad, chief Spieloser, Moran, and clerk Rosenbaum. Discussed were agenda items, the planning commission report, as well as the ebike safety presentation by the police department to the schools.

4:29 – 5:040

Committee meetings were scheduled. The following committee meetings were scheduled. The committee of the hall has been scheduled on the May 27 at 7PM to discuss ordinances two thousand twenty six sixty eight, two thousand twenty six sixty nine, and two thousand twenty six seventy, and that committee meeting adjourned at 07:55PM. Reports of other boards and commissions, planning commissions. This evening, I'll be sitting in for mister Del Reigno. And, we have one item, for a vote and one item just for as a mention. Mister Bedell?

5:04 – 5:473

Oh, yes. This is Coursero and Associates site improvements for a generator at 28025 Clemens Road. It's a backup generator, and it's consistent with other approvals for similar uses requiring uninterrupted operations. It is will be on a concrete pad. It has to be at least 10 feet from the building. If not for that requirement, I would not be discussing discussing this with you tonight. This is actually pushed it five feet into the side yard setback, and it does require modification. This is really the only location where this can go. It can't go in front of the building. That's prohibited by code.

5:47 – 6:233

And then placing it behind the building, it places it farther from the connection point. So that's not practical for that reason. And it also places it nearer to neighboring homes. The key thing that we look for is the decibel. That's the limit, the sound. So we want it to be 50 decibels or less. And vibration can be an issue. This is over 200 feet away from the nearest residence. So we're not really worried about that. Guide plan, it actually identifies this for office and office lab type uses in support of this request.

6:23 – 7:043

The zoning supports it as well. The modifications are allowed, setback modifications under twelve twenty point zero five. And as you can see at the top, it meets all the setback requirements except for one. That's rather de minimis. If you think about a 75 foot setback, it's about five feet. As I mentioned though, 50 decibels is what we're looking at. That's per twelve eighteen point zero six under noise. That's the same sound that late traffic would make. And, also, you have to bear in mind, this is only going to be in use when there's a power outage. And a couple of times a week, it will be tested.

7:04 – 7:403

They'll run it through a testing cycle for ten minutes, and they'll do that during normal business hours so as not to bother anyone. It won't be visible off-site either. So the distances though from the generator to the home, so decibel levels really drop down to anywhere from 18.3 to 23.6 decibels. So similar to a silent rural area at night, a very soft leaf rustling still air, soft whispering at a distance, or light indoor background noise. So again, not something that we think is going to be an issue.

7:40 – 7:533

So Planning Commission did recommend approval with the modification and then just their standard condition for review by building and engineering. Thank you. Any questions for Mr. Biddell?

7:54 – 8:150

Hearing none, I'll entertain a motion to approve the Corso and so the core do I pronounce it? Or Cerro. Cerro and associated site improvements generator with the modifications and condition listed in the report of the 05/11/2026 planning commission. So moved. And a motion. Is there a second?

8:152

8:160
