All right, we're good. 6 o'clock we call a border selectment meeting and call to order. First we'll do the pledge of allegiance. Approval of minutes from 11:10 and 11:117. Uh I'll make a motion to approve both types of minutes from November 10th to November 17th. Second the motion. All in favor say I. No. All right. Um I just thought I'd um mention the angel tree. This year we're doing something a little bit different with it. We have our tree here at the town hall that we still have some cards left on. And I actually have a few more that I'm gonna add to it. And we're also doing the angel tree in conjunction with uh Tom Grill this year. Um who also has our tags on their tree out on the patio and they're returning the gifts back here. If anybody's watching and is interested, you can stop by either location and pick up tag. Um, the unwrapped gifts need to be brought back to town hall with the tag attached by December 18th, which is the Tuesday, I think, right before Christmas, maybe the week before, but the 18th. It's the 18th. That's that give a public works report. I have um the policy for treatment and disposal uh street sweepings, catch bas and cleanings. It's it's done. Uh anybody that wants a copy of it, they can come see me and I'll give them a copy of it. Motion, but

as soon as tomorrow the finance report from the is staffing transitions are expected to decrease the plan expenditures and several salary benefit line items. That was one thing. The other thing was efforts continue to process to reimburse the town for expenditures related to CIF grant community water study. And as it stands, the budget expenditure is consistent with the antis anticipated trends and we are on track as we head into budget preparation season in January. Well, that's from Crystal Snder. Now the president's report he's got investments interest earned October 11 79 and fiscal year to date is 41,38-68. The interest rate was 3.3.20 with a APY of 3.25. He also says that state of Connecticut short-term investment fund the 30-day year the 30-day yield was 4.23%. And the projects as noted above we are open three CDs and various maturities given our springtime needs. Portill bridge project and the loss interest estimate 18,000 to 20,000 of revenue of delaying the budget. I anticipate closing down on or before early May. Last one to

Um, the only thing that I would mention under other business is the states um, signing off on HB800002 for the zoning regulations that we might want to look into a little bit more on how that's going to affect us as a small town because it is all about redefining zoning for small town for multi- family and uh, affordable housing. I have some information coming for that that I can have ready for our next meeting. Okay. And we can discuss it then. Yeah.

Um actually, uh I was just thinking about this. Um uh the official town Christmas tree, uh sits in the gazebo, uh behind town hall. Um, I believe the cub scouts will be doing uh setting up the tree uh and the snowman and uh we'll be doing the lighting um I this coming Saturday I believe. Um so uh look for an announcement uh um on um dwelling in volunt should Brian and I that's something that we should plan on attending with you guys. I don't know if it's been done before. You did do it during the day though, right?
