26-249 Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Third Amendment to Contract CON-26-028-POL with Carahsoft Technology Corp for Multiple Software Services

Recommendation: Approve Contract CON-26-028-POL-A3 with Carahsoft Technology Corp increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $74,174.12 to $111,756.76, approve future renewals of existing software products and services included in this agreement and previous amendments that remain within approved budget appropriations, and authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement.
