Welcome to the County of San Diego 2026 Budget Community Open House.

We're here at the County Operations Center and we have an open house open to all the residents of the county to come and check out all the services that the county offers. We're so excited to have the community come out and learn all about the county's recommended budget.

We are here to show people why they should enjoy our parks and to go over the budget and to help people understand our recreational spaces, their uses and their enjoyment.

Hey San Diego County, thanks for your support. We're able to get a brand new S-70i CAL FIRE Hawk that is now in service at a Ramona Air Attack Base, ready to fight fires both day and night.

This is a brand new street sweeper that we are adding into our pool of energy efficient vehicles that we use to keep maintaining our streets in the communities that we serve.

I'm really happy here today to attend the County of San Diego Open House to learn about different departments allocation, budget allocation. Hopefully everyone else can join and to learn more about the County of San Diego.

We saw the posting come through email and my wife and I were both interested in sharing what we could learn with our family. It was marketed as a family friendly process so we thought it could be interesting to see how they were packaging that for families to consume.

We're here of course with the county library and one of our outreach fans and we had a wonderful turnout and a lot of fascinating residents to talk to.
