Discuss and recommend to the Select Board and Planning Board proposals to strengthen procedures related to Scenic Road bylaw enforcement.

Complete and approve a series of tiered counterproposals to DCR for preserving the cell block, root cellar, and any other relevant aspects of the Rutland prison camp site.
Consider recommending removal of debris in cells to deter climbing onto the roof and other means to preserve the structures themselves. Discuss sharing proposal(s) with other town/state officials and action to seek funding if needed. Also discuss promotion of the meeting in which the proposal(s) will be presented to DCR.
