first i would like to understand the rates that are posted on the city website to go into effect tomorrow are just the monthly rates the hourly rates are not mentioned on the website so but this the ordinance provides that both are to go up by the same amount by the same percentage so first i guess i'd like to understand what the plans are so so i understand how we are at least currently keeping within the ordinance and that might be a question for the city manager or mr ryan cfo baldwin do you want to or cfo baldwin i would mr mayor i'd ask the parking director to help us on that one
